Shift

7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience

• 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required from last 6 months.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Additional Details

• Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission
• 1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.
• Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to PRIOR to having ever traveled.
• BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case
• Facility does not accept any license hits.
• Facility has a strict do not call policy
• Shift & Scheduling: Traveler must work at least every other holiday
• Block Schedules: No
• Required Skills/Experience: Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele prior to travel.
• Previous Employment Requirements: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
• Exams/Assessments: PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.
• 7 days maximum time off
• 1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
• Driver’s license required for submission
