This role does involve lone working at times, so you’ll need to be confident working independently — and for that reason, all applicants must be 18 or over. This isn’t just any job — it’s your chance to roll up your sleeves, take the lead, and keep things running smoother than our signature glaze. What you’ll be doing (besides making dreams come true): You’ll run the show on shift front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.You’ll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You’ll be hands-on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste. You’ll also jump into the behind-the-scenes magic: stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone’s happy to be here. When your manager’s away, you’ll hold down the fort like a boss. What makes you our kind of leader? You’ve got experience running the floor or you’re ready to rise and shine into that next step.
