About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff and management

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally

Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records

Assist with data entry, scheduling, and appointment coordination

Support billing, documentation, and compliance-related tasks as needed

Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming front office experience

Assist team members with day-to-day operational tasks to keep the office running smoothly

Requirements:

Prior office, administrative, or clerical experience preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-oriented attitude

Experience in a healthcare or home health setting is a plus
