What We're Looking For:
- This is an Outside Sales role that will be required to set appointments & tours
- Success in this role will be measured by hour many appointments are set for the week.
- Outgoing and friendly personality with a strong work ethic
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Reliable Transportation is mandatory to make it to community events
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with the community
- Self-motivated, assertive, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, education, or community outreach is a PLUS but not required
- Willingness to work weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Check in daily with the team (via phone or in-office)
- Follow the event schedule using our scheduling app
- Set up marketing materials and engage with potential customers at retail stores, festivals, and community events
- Conduct presentations on oral hygiene and promote our brand and services at schools and organizations
- Approach potential new patients and share our high-quality dental care services
- Canvass and promote our unique business model: "One office for high-end dental care"
- Meet weekly performance goals
