Senior HUD/LIHTC Community Manager & Leader
Celtic Property Management, LLC
Celtic Property Management is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead Vineyard Estates, a HUD/LIHTC/Market Rate property. You will oversee compliance, operations, occupancy, and team development while delivering exceptional resident services. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in community management, deep knowledge of HUD Section 8, LIHTC and MOR/REAC processes, and strong budgeting and reporting skills.
