Ohio CAT invites you to join its Technician Development Academy Intern Trainee program in Heavy Equipment. You’ll train hands-on, servicing Caterpillar machines across facilities in Cleveland or Columbus, with weekly home shop alternation and about 640 hours of practical experience. The eight-month program blends classroom, lab, and shop work, building a foundation for a lifelong career with a global leader.
