Qualifications: Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required Speech-Language Pathologist-CCC or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) accepted ASHA certification or eligibility preferred Prior school-based SLP experience, especially with K-8 students, is highly desirable Strong collaboration and communication skills Commitment to a full school year contract (22/23) Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language support to a diverse K-8th grade caseload Develop, implement, and update IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students requiring services Collaborate closely with teachers and families for effective service delivery Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development Enjoy the professional satisfaction of working with a spirited team in a setting known for nurturing student growth.
