What You ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care to critically ill and premature neonates in a Level IV NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists, neonatal nurses, and pediatric subspecialists for comprehensive patient management
• Deliver patient-centered, family-focused neonatal services in a high-acuity setting
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and regional neonatal referral services
• Support educational initiatives and participate in resident rotations within the NICU
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical excellence activities

What You Need

• Valid Georgia RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification (or in progress)
• Neonatal or critical care experience preferred, but all qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
