This client offers salary and strong health, vision and dental benefits, work/live balance, excellent team environment and opportunity for growth.Key Responsibilities:* Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on financial and operational strategy* Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term growth initiatives* Evaluate capital investments, expansion opportunities, and operational improvement efforts* Deliver financial insights that support informed decision-making and sustainable growth* Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, and forecasting functions* Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP standards* Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity planning, and banking relationships* Lead project accounting and financial oversight, including job costing, revenue recognition, forecasting, backlog reporting, and profitability analysis* Monitor project performance and strengthen financial controls across the business* Partner with operational leaders to improve visibility into financial and project outcomes* Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement* Establish scalable processes and infrastructure to support future growthRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required* 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility* CPA, MBA, or other advanced financial certification preferred* Proven experience leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, and financial reporting functions* Experience supporting project-based, construction, engineering, manufacturing, or related industries preferred* Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, and corporate governance* Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership to drive strategic growth and operational performance* Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills* Experience overseeing project accounting, job costing, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis is highly desirableJob TypeDirect HireCompensation170000 - $250000
