Position: Insurance Account Manager Location: North Dakota – Bismarck, Mandan, Fargo, Oakes, or Ellendale Key Responsibilities Support insurance clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and account servicing. Partner with the sales team to support client retention, new business opportunities, and referrals. Coordinate renewals, submit applications, and communicate with insurance carriers. Maintain accurate client records and prepare insurance documents. Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Minimum of three years demonstrated customer service and sales experience and an aptitude for insurance. A college degree or equivalent work experience.
