Job Summary
As a Barista, you'll provide fast, friendly service and craft consistent, high-quality products. You'll follow Hart Family Coffee processes, procedures, and food safety standards to ensure every guest leaves smiling.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet and connect with each guest
- Welcome questions and educate guests on our productsbe the subject matter expert
- Suggestively upsell drink modifiers, additional products, and the Scooter's app
- Accurately take orders, enter sales, and process payments with friendly speed
- Deliver products quickly and consistently according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
Operations
- Follow all Hart Family Coffee cash-handling procedures
- Prepare beverages and food items according to brand recipes
- Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and perform routine maintenance
- Restock workstations, food items, and supplies to optimize workflow
- Keep the store environment clean, organized, and guest-ready
