Managing operational alignment for assigned client accounts, the full-time Client Delivery Manager will serve as a trusted operational advisor, translating complex data into actionable insights and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client performance in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Independently own operational alignment for assigned client accounts Translate operational performance data into meaningful narratives that articulate drivers, risks, and opportunities Lead structured root cause analysis efforts in partnership with internal teams to identify trends and recommend corrective actions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field required 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or client-facing roles Foundational understanding of operational workflows and data interpretation Proven ability to influence without authority in cross-functional environments Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
