Production Control Specialist
Berlin, CT | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay: $20-$25/hr


Looking for a new opportunity in a growing manufacturing environment? We are hiring a Production Control Specialist to support daily operations and help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.


This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in administration, customer service, manufacturing support, or production coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial setting.


What You'll Be Doing:

• Review customer purchase orders and verify required paperwork
• Enter jobs into production systems with correct processing details
• Prepare customer certifications and documentation
• Communicate with customers to resolve order or paperwork issues
• Maintain accurate records and ensure paperwork is complete
• Support production teams and assist with additional tasks as needed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Customer service, administrative, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to work in an office/industrial environment
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR requirements
