Location: Antioch, CA (4045 Lone Tree Way)

Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Available (Monday – Friday, No Evenings or Weekends)

Pay Range: $23.00$ – $26.00 per hour (Base Rate) + Uncapped Commission & Bonuses

In this role, you will help local individuals and families protect what matters most their homes, vehicles, life, and financial futures. You will consult with inbound leads, cross-sell existing policyholders, and build lasting community relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive Sales Outreach: Prospect, quote, and close new Personal Lines insurance policies (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Life) using warm leads, referrals, and agency databases.
• Bilingual Client Consultation: Conduct bilingual consultative sales calls in English and Spanish to explain coverages, evaluate client needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Relationship Building: Establish rapport with clients to drive policy retention, conduct coverage reviews, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent daily activity levels (calls, quotes, follow-ups) in our agency database to meet monthly sales benchmarks.
• Policy Administration: Assist clients through the onboarding and policy bind process while adhering to Allstate compliance and California insurance regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Active License: Valid California Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines license required (Life & Health license is a plus) .
• Sales Experience: 1+ years of insurance sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or consultative sales experience.
• Communication Skills: Confident, persuasive, and empathetic telephone presence with strong active listening ability.
• Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
