Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Café Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional service and quality food in a fast-paced café environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in quick service or fast food restaurant operations. As the Café Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of café staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

Oversee daily café operations, including food production, preparation, and handling.

Manage inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Assist with budgeting and financial management to maintain profitability.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the café.

Train new staff members on café procedures, food handling, and customer service standards.

Collaborate with the bar team to manage beverage offerings and bartending operations.

Develop menus and special promotions to enhance customer experience.

Experience

Proven leadership experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting is essential.

Previous role as an Assistant Manager or similar position is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and food production techniques.

Experience in food preparation and handling practices is required.

Familiarity with budgeting principles and financial management in a café environment is a plus.

Bartending experience is beneficial for managing beverage services effectively.
