Social Worker/Behavioral Health Provider - Behavioral Health - FT DAYS Job Category : Professional Requisition Number : SOCIA003251 Posted : September 9, 2026 Full-Time On-site Hourly Range : $31.97 USD to $48.08 USD Locations Showing 1 location Description POSITION SUMMARY The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) provides clinical social work services to patients and their families within the clinic setting. Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients of all ages, including diagnosing and treating mental and emotional disorders, including addictive disorders. Provides counseling, and uses evidence-based treatments, therapy and/or psychotherapy to patients in individual and group settings (this may include interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic therapy). The LCSW, LMFT, or LPC assist with patient care via coordination of mental health and social services, psychotherapy and provision of support and coaching.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required: National Provider Identifier, master’s degree in mental health related field with licensure. Current Oregon license: LPC, LFMT, or LCSW Preferred: Two years relevant post-master’s experience; acute care experience Cert: LCSW/LPC/LMFT

Participates in clinic supervision and seeks peer consultation as needed. Maintain relationships with and knowledge of community services related to behavioral medicine. Works in collaboration with members of the healthcare team, patient, and family. Communicates clearly, openly, accurately and in a timely manner with patients, family members, and healthcare team members regarding patient status and progress. Maintains confidentiality in patient care in accordance with HIPPA, clinic, and professional standards. Supports organizational, departmental, and other team goals in a proactive manner for overall organizational improvement.
