Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00/hr | Weekly PayShift: Monday-Friday | 8:00AM - 4:30PM | Full-Time | Hybrid: 3 Onsite / 2 Remote Why you should apply to be a Customer Service Representative:

- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers via inbound and outbound communications
- Answering incoming emails, assisting with quotes, orders, and providing tracking updates and general inquiries
- Maintaining professionalism and establishing positive rapport with customers and teammates
- Entering quotes and orders, processing requests accurately and promptly using SAP and other systems
- Meeting customer service targets such as order entry and handling miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
- Collaborating with other internal departments to resolve customer needs
- Have previous customer service experience (mandatory)
- Are skilled in accurate data entry and patient, diplomatic communication
- Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, or other CRM systems
- Are able to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
- Are available to work weekends, nights, and some holidays as required
- Hold a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
