Director of Sales / Director of Community Relations

$70,000–$75,000 Based on Experience Additional Occupancy Bonus Plan

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven  Director of Sales / Director of Community Relations to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven senior living sales professional who enjoys building relationships, connecting with families, developing referral partnerships, and helping prospective residents find the right senior living solution.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, highly organized, competitive, and hospitality-focused, with a strong track record of  driving occupancy and converting leads into move-ins .

In addition to a competitive  base salary of $70,000–$75,000 based on experience , this position includes a commission bonus plan that rewards performance and community growth.

What You’ll Do

As the Director of Community Relations, you will lead the community's sales and business development efforts, including:

• Drive occupancy growth through consistent sales activity, lead follow-up, tours, and relationship development
• Build strong relationships with prospective residents and families throughout the decision-making process
• Manage leads and the sales pipeline from initial inquiry through move-in
• Conduct community tours and clearly communicate the value of our Assisted Living and Memory Care services
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, elder care professionals, senior organizations, and other local referral partners
• Conduct outreach and networking throughout the local market
• Identify creative marketing and business development opportunities to generate new leads
• Maintain consistent and timely follow-up with prospects, families, and professional referral sources
• Work closely with the Executive Director and community leadership team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
• Participate in community events, marketing initiatives, and outreach activities
• Maintain accurate and timely sales activity and prospect information within the community's CRM

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in  sales, business development, or senior living sales
• Previous Assisted Living, Memory Care, senior housing, healthcare, or related sales experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and grow occupancy
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to connect with seniors and families during an important and often emotional decision
• Creative and proactive approach to lead generation and marketing
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities
• Hospitality-driven mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable occupancy and sales goals

This is a  hands-on, team-oriented sales leadership position reporting directly to the Executive Director.
