If you're looking for a place where your effort directly determines your income and your career growth, we'd love to meet you. $60,000 base salary Uncapped commissions First-year target earnings: $120,000–$180,000+ Top performers can earn $200,000+ Responsibilities: • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Meet with homeowners to understand their situation. • Build trust through empathy and exceptional communication • Become an expert in foreclosure, probate, bankruptcy, and creative real estate investing Qualifications: • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired +1 years of experience as a salesperson with a proven track record is highly desired. Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000

Compensation:
$120,000-$200,000 per year
