Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $180,000 - $190,000

A well-established adult primary care practice in Canarsie, Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its team. This role is designed for a provider who is comfortable working in a high-volume environment and is looking to be part of a fast-paced, efficient practice.

Very Important - Patient Volume Expectation

This position requires the provider to see a high volume of patients daily , with an expected average of:
• 30 - 35 patients per day

This is a key requirement. Candidates must be comfortable managing a busy schedule while maintaining quality care and efficiency.

Position Overview

The provider will focus on adult primary care in an outpatient setting. You will be supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant, allowing you to stay efficient and focused on patient care. The practice uses eClinicalWorks (ECW) .

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive adult primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform physicals, follow-ups, and preventive visits
• Maintain accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks (ECW)
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Collaborate with staff to maintain strong patient flow

Requirements
• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
• Active Medicaid ID required
• Strong experience in primary care required
• Must be comfortable seeing 30-35 patients per day
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and efficiency
