Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care) – Full-Time | Bronx, NY

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive primary care services in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Location: Bronx, NY
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: $135,000–$150,000 + Benefits + Potential Incentives

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Family or Adult-Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner Program
• Active New York State NP License
• Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or ONCC)
• EMR/EHR experience preferred
• Spanish bilingual is a plus
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments, exams, and diagnoses
• Develop and manage treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Provide preventive care and health education
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists
