Job Title: CNA

Client: Tri-State

Location: 1221 Highlands Avenue Clarkston, WA 99403
Duration: 13 weeks (Potential for Extension)
Pay Rate: $28-$30.00/HR on W2

Schedule: 4 on, 2 off, 8 hour shifts 2:30pm - 10:30pm

Job Summary:

Provides vital support to both patients and nurses. From transporting, assistance with daily living activities, medication assistance, and safety checks. Helps oversee the safety of our occupants and facilitates social-emotional support, enhance occupant outcomes.

Experience:

Previous long-term care experience, preferred.

Previous working knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) EMR.

Medication passing experience, preferred.

Age: Minimum of 18 years of age.

Education and Training: High school diploma or GED required

Licensures/ Certifications & Other Requirements:

· Current Washington State Certified Nursing Aide license in good standing, REQUIRED.

· Current CPR & 1st Aide Certification

· Certification of Nurse Delegation for Nursing Assistants required

· Certification of WA DSHS Dementia Specialty Training, Mental Health Specialty Training and Developmental Disabilities Specialty Training, on hire.

· Initiate the WA State name and date of birth and national fingerprint Criminal Background checks upon start date with our facility.

· N95 mask fitting using our approved masks

TB Testing required as stipulated in WAC 388-78A
