Job Specifications Starting wage: $20.00/hr Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives Employment type: winter seasonal 2026/2027 Shift type: part‑time hours available; full‑time instructors do not have a guaranteed 40‑hour week. Scheduled hours vary depending on business volume. Minimum age: at least 16 years of age Housing availability: yes Job Responsibilities Teach group and private lessons Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children Deliver world‑class guest service Create a safe and fun learning environment Support all needs of the snow sports school, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain Willing to work with guests of all ages and comfortable with children aged 3 and older Fluently communicate in English Willing to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements Comfortable being in ski boots for extended periods of time Placement as an instructor contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards Additional Requirements for Hires Under Age 18 Submission of a parental consent form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law (work permit, physician’s note, proof of birthdate).
