We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our growing team in Dallas, TX! Role - Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Location - Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Work Schedule: MST or PST (You will requested to work until 4 pm PST). Main Purpose of the Role The People Experience (PX) Partner serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, managers, and employees, providing expert guidance on people-related matters while delivering a seamless employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with stakeholders across the organization to support talent, performance, employee relations, compliance, and organizational initiatives, ensuring employees have a positive and engaging experience at Quality AI.The PX Partner is expected to operate independently, manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, and contribute to both regional and global People Experience initiatives that support organizational growth and business objectives.

POSITION SUMMARY

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support.
• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers across a designated employee population.
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, performance concerns, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Support performance management, organizational changes, employee lifecycle activities, and HR initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Proven experience managing employee relations cases and workplace investigations independently.
• Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience supporting global organizations and distributed teams.
• Knowledge of immigration and employment authorization processes.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HCM systems.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
