Product Manager

1.Product knowledge transfer
Document existing product knowledge including use case, usage metrics, business processes, technical spec and documentation Document non-functional product knowledge 2.Business analysis Analyze AS-IS product landscape, use cases, business processes and customer needs Propose transformation strategy for existing legacy products 3.Product requirement development Following existing processes to develop product requirements Deliver product requirement documents according to assigned priority and timeline 4.Business stakeholder management Act as point-of-entry for business requests for assigned products Map relevant stakeholders (influence, needs, communication frequency) and deliver tailored engagement strategy Execute the stakeholder engagement strategy with agreed objectives Attend planning sessions, stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies. 5.Product development management Fulfil Product Manager responsibility during product development phase.
