YOUR IMPACT

You can expect to work from:

• Monday and Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Friday, 9:00 am - 11:00 am

You're an integral part of our dental practice, providing fantastic customer service and vital administrative support. Your responsibilities include warmly greeting patients, checking them in and out for appointments, and verifying their insurance information. You schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and address patient inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor. By collecting payments, updating patient records, and keeping your work area tidy, you directly contribute to our success!

 

OUR IDEAL FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Helpful attitude, organizational skills, and fantastic problem-solving skills

Relevant experience in a business office and knowledge of dental terminology would be preferred. Dental software experience would be a plus!
