Job Description This schedule for this position will be Monday through Thursday 10:00am - 6:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Moosic, Pennsylvania. As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will be the welcoming face of our company, creating a positive and professional impression for all patients. In this role, you will efficiently manage front desk operations while providing administrative support and demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer service. Greet and welcome patients and clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression Screen and answer incoming calls, assisting patients over the phone Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely and organized manner Maintain office supplies inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations Provide administrative support to various departments and team members Handle routine inquiries with professionalism and discretion, routing problems/questions to appropriate departments Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby and reception area at all times, maintain a clean clinic involving laundry, floor cleaning, dusting etc. Utilize scheduling software and electronic medical record systems to assist in scheduling of patients and with patient's chart information Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of reception, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling software Experience with multi-line phone systems and visitor management systems Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Professional appearance, demeanor, and telephone etiquette Customer service-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to supporting others Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism Flexible and adaptable with a collaborative approach to teamwork Empathetic communication style with the ability to handle diverse personalities and situations with grace Additional Information paid holidays choice of 4 medical insurance plans (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) and Health Savings Account vision and dental insurance options continuing education benefit paid time off paid life and long term disability insurance 401K with matching.
