We are looking for a full-time faculty member to join the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology , specifically within the Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) division. Main Responsibilities

• Deliver maternal fetal medicine services that include:
• High-risk ultrasounds
• Prenatal consultations
• Antepartum care
• Work within the Albany Med Faculty Physician Group and its associated inpatient facilities
• Educate and guide medical students, residents , and MFM fellows
• Engage in scholarly activities , with chances for regional and national presentations and publications

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG)
• Eligible for New York State medical licensure
• Demonstrated clinical expertise with a focus on:

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology encompasses five clinical divisions: General Obstetrics and Gynecology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, Family Planning, and Urogynecology. The department is home to 24 residents and 3 MFM fellows (one per year). The MFM division conducts fetal echocardiography, amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, and other advanced procedures.
