General Manager - Restaurant & Bar

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager + AGM to lead the opening and day-to-day operations of a high-energy restaurant and bar venue located within a lifestyle hotel in South Beach Miami. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, building and leading a strong team, and ensuring operational excellence across all F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful launch and ongoing operations of the restaurant and bar
• Recruit, train, and manage FOH leadership and service teams
• Drive guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards
• Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, labor costs, and inventory controls
• Collaborate with culinary and hotel leadership teams
• Develop local partnerships, events, and programming to increase covers and bar revenue
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
• Create a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture

Requirements

• 5+ years of AGM/GM experience in upscale, high-volume restaurant and bar operations
• Opening experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, financial, and operational management skills
• Strong understanding of Miami hospitality and nightlife culture
• Excellent communication and team development abilities
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
