JOB DESCRIPTION Associate Director / Director, Product Management – Oncology (Rare Disease) U.S. or Canada (Remote/Hybrid) Why this role matters Opportunities like this are rare, even in rare disease. At Jubilant, you will not just support a brand or optimize a lifecycle. You will help bring a life-changing radiopharmaceutical treatment to children facing one of the most challenging diseases, neuroblastoma. This is not about incremental improvements to an established therapy. It is about shaping how a breakthrough treatment reaches patients by building access pathways, support systems, and commercialization strategy. For a marketing leader who wants to move beyond traditional brand work and directly impact treatment access, patient experience, and outcomes, this is a career-defining opportunity. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced rare disease or oncology marketing leader to build and lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for a high-impact radiopharmaceutical therapy. This role owns strategy across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch, with a strong focus on treatment access, reimbursement, patient journey, and caregiver support. This is a highly visible role with the ability to shape strategy from the ground up and partner closely with senior leadership. What You Will Do Lead development and execution of the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for an orphan oncology product Build a deep understanding of the patient journey to identify treatment barriers, access challenges, and opportunities to improve outcomes Develop payer value propositions and reimbursement strategies to support treatment adoption Lead the design and implementation of patient support programs, including navigation, logistics, and caregiver assistance Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial teams to shape evidence generation and market strategy Engage key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and treatment centers to support adoption and education Define distribution and operational strategy for a complex, time-sensitive radiopharmaceutical treatment Lead launch readiness activities including messaging, training, and stakeholder engagement Manage external vendors and partners to build scalable, patient-centered solutions What Makes This Role Different Treatment-driven role where success is measured by patient access and real-world impact, not traditional marketing metrics Work within a highly specialized disease area with a focused network of hospitals and experts Strong patient-centric focus supporting families navigating serious and complex conditions Opportunity to build strategy from the ground up without a predefined playbook High visibility with direct collaboration with senior commercial leadership on a priority launch What You Bring 7 to 12 or more years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing Proven experience in rare disease and or oncology commercialization Prior involvement in orphan drug launches, including pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategy Strong understanding of patient journey mapping in complex disease areas Experience developing payer strategy and value communication Ability to work cross-functionally across Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Commercial teams Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and build strategy from the ground up Strong patient-centric mindset, ideally with experience in serious or life-threatening conditions Preferred Experience Experience in pediatric oncology or ultra-rare diseases Experience with innovative modalities such as radiopharmaceuticals, gene therapy, or precision medicine Who This Role Is For Someone who wants to move beyond traditional marketing into meaningful patient impact Someone motivated by treatment access, healthcare innovation, and improving patient outcomes in complex disease areas Someone who thrives in high-stakes environments and is excited by the opportunity to build strategy rather than inherit it Why Join Jubilant Radiopharmaceuticals Jubilant Radiopharmaceuticals offers a rare opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation, bringing highly specialized treatments to patients who need them most.
