Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- At least one year of experience working in schools
- Proven ability to design and implement behavior intervention plans
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and interpret data to develop individualized strategies
- Create and monitor intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Consult with staff to enhance implementation of behavior plans
- Provide direct support to students in inclusive and specialized settings
- Facilitate professional development and training for school personnel
- Maintain comprehensive records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
