Build and scale backend services powering the core AI assistant product. Develop and maintain integrations with third-party partner services (health, fitness, productivity, and communication platforms). Optimize inference costs and performance across large language model providers. Collaborate with a tight-knit team of engineers from top quant trading firms and university research labs. Depending on interest and skill set, engage in partner-facing technical interactions. Requirements 2+ years of experience in AI and/or backend engineering roles. Proficiency in TypeScript and Python for backend development. Experience at a fast-growing, high-impact startup. Internship or full-time experience at a top quantitative trading firm or in a quantitative role in investment banking. Strong computer science fundamentals. Experience at a leading AI research company or lab is a nice to have. Medalist at the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) is a strong positive signal.
