Opportunity Summary

Lead the day-to-day accounting operations for a multi-unit restaurant group in Las Vegas. You will own the financial close and reporting , manage a team of accountants, and partner with operations leaders on restaurant-level profitability . This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity that is hybrid or remote.
Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and prepare consolidated financial statements across multiple entities and locations
• Analyze results and explain variances against budget and prior periods
• Oversee the general ledger, reconciliations, COGS, and inventory accounting while maintaining GAAP and tax compliance
• Lead and develop Senior Accountants, Staff Accountants, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable staff
• Partner with operations and senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and process automation

Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
• Experience in the food and beverage, restaurant, or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

Preferred

• Experience supporting multi-unit and multi-state operations
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and enterprise reporting tools
