Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time Night Shift

Location: Erwin, Tennessee
Facility: Erwin Health Care Center
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts

Erwin Health Care Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing clinical team on night shift . We are a long-term care and rehabilitation facility committed to providing individualized, quality care to our residents.

Position Details

Full-Time CNA – Night Shift
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
12-Hour Shifts
Every Other Weekend Rotation

CNA Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will work alongside our nursing team to provide hands-on care and support to our residents. Responsibilities include:

Assist RNs and LPNs with resident care and daily needs
Help residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility, and comfort
Promote resident safety, dignity, and independence
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Provide compassionate and respectful care
Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards

Qualifications

Current CNA Certification in Tennessee
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills
New CNAs are encouraged to apply – willing to train
