The Opportunity

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales organization by coordinating customer activities, managing sales data and reporting, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies and achievement of business objectives.

What You'll Do

1. Sales Operations Support

Support the sales team in the execution of commercial plans and customer initiatives.

Maintain accurate sales records, pricing files, customer information, and contract documentation.

Assist in preparing quotations, customer proposals, and promotional agreements.

Ensure timely processing and follow-up of customer requests.

2. Customer Coordination

Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal departments.

Coordinate order management activities to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, promotions, inventory, and logistics.

Facilitate communication between sales, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams.

3. Reporting and Analytics

Generate and distribute regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Monitor sales trends, customer performance, and market opportunities.

Analyze promotional effectiveness and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

Maintain data accuracy across sales systems and reporting tools.

4. Trade and Promotional Execution

Coordinate promotional activities and customer programs.

Track promotional spending and ensure compliance with approved budgets.

Support the implementation of trade marketing initiatives and sales campaigns.

Monitor execution of agreed customer plans and commitments.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales teams to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Support demand planning and forecasting activities by providing sales insights and customer information.

Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in market data analysis and retail industry knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

The base pay for this position is $15.09 $30.11 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
