Enterprise Resources Planning System Manager

They're in the middle of this transformation right now and need an in-house Acumatica Systems Manager to take the reins.

If you've lived through an ERP rollout before, you know the drill: external partners handle a lot of the build, but the business needs someone internal who actually understands the day-to-day operations, keeps the implementation honest, and takes full ownership once it's live. That's this role.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Running point on the rollout: Working directly with the VAR/implementation partner, challenging them when needed, and making sure the system matches how a developer actually operates.
• Owning the system day-to-day: Handling configurations, user access, workflows, and tweaking setups across core financials and project accounting.
• Reporting & insights: Building Generic Inquiries (GIs), reports, and dashboards so project managers and finance actually get useful numbers out of the system.
• Bridging the gap: Talking to finance, site teams, and leadership to figure out bottlenecks, then fixing them in Acumatica.
• Training the team: Getting internal users comfortable so the system actually gets adopted properly.

What you need to bring:

• Solid hands-on experience with Acumatica—whether you've managed it in-house before or you're at a partner/consultancy and want to jump over to the client side.
• A good handle on Core Financials and Project Accounting (understanding things like job costing, WIP, budgets, and commitments makes a huge difference here).
• Practical admin skills: building GIs, custom fields, and basic workflow automation without needing to outsource every minor fix.
• Acumatica certs are a definite bonus, but practical problem-solving counts for more.
