Full-time Company Description Sonsoft, Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Job Description At least 1 year of experience with technical and functional knowledge of TM/TP. Implementation/Support experience of TM/TP modules is required. Full understanding of JDA TM/TP workflows: Operational & Financial cycle. Software configuration, installation, upgrade, and patching procedure on Windows environment. Good understanding of TM CIS APIs and Event Notifications. Developing custom scripts based upon TM CIS APIs. Ability to use DataUpload Utility of TM. Good understanding of Tariff Structures. Experience in troubleshooting JDA process issues. Good understanding of TM, Freight Auction, Approval Chain workflows and database table structures. Good communication skills for a client facing role. Experience with Oracle databases – SQL queries and stored procedures. Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communicator. Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic environment. Commitment to customer service while building customer partnerships. Strong consulting mindset and exceptional client interfacing skills. Prior experience in leading implementation/support teams is desirable. Knowledge of other JDA modules is an added advantage. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
