Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 10/12/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2706.24 Opportunity: CT Scan Tech Job Details: • Work 3x12-hour night shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • Holiday rotation required • On-call rotation required with staff • May float to Interventional Radiology (IR) as needed • Floating required to sister facilities and throughout all buildings when needed • Travelers are expected to attend staff meetings • Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks • 40 orientation hours required • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; 6 months Level 1 Trauma experience required • First-time travelers accepted with previous experience • Level 1 Trauma experience required • Siemens equipment experience required • Required certifications: BLS, ARRT RT (R)(CT), and SCRQSA (R)(CT) • Charting system: Epic (required) • Agency must supply radiation badge - facility does not provide radiation badges to travelers • Scrub color: Teal top and black bottom • Parking: Nights and weekends cost only; one-time payment of $20 for a parking pass • Treats patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics • Daily census of 130 patients • 3 rooms available • Equipment includes: Siemens Force (Somaris 7), Siemens Go.Top (Somaris 10), and Siemens Somatom Definition (Somaris 7) • Preferred IR/Angio/Special Procedures experience including biopsies and drainage • Key skills include: CT imaging of head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, cardiac, vascular, musculoskeletal trauma, multiplanar reconstruction, 3D rendering, preparation and administration of contrast media, radiation safety, starting peripheral IVs, and PACS Facility: This facility is a Magnet-designated teaching hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center with 865 staffed beds. It serves as a Comprehensive Stroke Center and provides a wide range of services including routine studies, outpatient care, cardiac procedures, and Interventional Radiology.
