This role partners closely with the Finance Manager to support end-to-end accounts receivable operations across sponsor-funded clinical studies and internal research sites./ppYou will own core transactional AR workflows, including monitoring sponsor and site-level accounts, supporting timely collections, posting cash in RealTime CTMS, and assisting with invoicing as needed. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, research sites, and sponsors and CROs to ensure accurate billing, timely cash application, and prompt resolution of outstanding balances./ppThe ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced clinical research environment and enjoys balancing hands-on execution with cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvement./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliSupport day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including monitoring sponsor and site-level balances and assisting with timely collections/liliReconcile study-level balances and payment activity, identifying discrepancies and partnering with stakeholders to resolve issues/liliAccurately post cash receipts and payment details in RealTime CTMS and related financial systems/liliPrepare and issue invoices for study activities and services in coordination with sponsor communications and internal teams/liliCommunicate professionally with sponsors and CROs regarding billing questions, payment status, and outstanding balances/liliAssist in the preparation of AR aging schedules, financial summaries, and internal reporting/liliSupport audits and financial reviews related to accounts receivable and billing activity/liliCollaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Site Finance, and Accounting to clarify billing terms and deliverables/liliContribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance AR efficiency, accuracy, and visibility/liliProvide general finance support as needed to ensure smooth AR operations/li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)/lili2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or finance operations/liliStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting/liliHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to external stakeholders/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliExperience with RealTime CTMS or similar clinical trial management and billing systems/liliBackground in healthcare, clinical research, or multi-site organizations/liliFamiliarity with sponsor contracts, clinical trial invoicing, or study-level financial reconciliation/li/ulpNew York pay range/pp$75,000 - $85,000 USD/ppAt Iterative Health, were actively working towards creating an environment that is representative of the diversity of patients our technology serves.
