As a Front of House Supervisor, you'll serve as a key leader on every shift. You'll coach team members, ensure our standards are consistently executed, and help create a restaurant where both guests and employees love to be.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead Front of House operations during your shifts while maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere
• Coach, motivate, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and to-go team members
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality from arrival through departure
• Perform table touches and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Assist with shift execution, staffing, and floor management
• Support new hire onboarding and training while reinforcing company standards
• Monitor service times, food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant appearance
• Ensure opening, running side work, and closing duties are completed correctly
• Conduct restroom checks and maintain exceptional dining room presentation
• Support cash handling procedures and ensure accurate checkouts
• Promote teamwork and jump into operational positions whenever needed
• Partner with restaurant leadership to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and team engagement
• Uphold all company policies, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service requirements

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant experience required
• Leadership or trainer experience preferred
• Passion for hospitality and developing others
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent guest recovery and conflict resolution skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to lead by example
• Reliable attendance and flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while leading active shifts
