Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Manager Aerospace for a direct hire opportunity in Fountain Valley, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a manufacturing or operations-driven environment and enjoys partnering closely with leadership to improve workforce performance, employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted business partner to managers and employees, supporting a fast-paced aerospace and defense manufacturing environment where operational excellence, accountability, and teamwork are essential. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, productivity, performance management, and employee development. Coach managers on employee relations, leadership effectiveness, corrective action, and conflict resolution. Support recruiting, onboarding, engagement, retention, and succession planning initiatives. Assist with payroll processes, HR compliance, and multi-state employment requirements. Use workforce data and HR metrics to identify talent gaps, support decision-making, and recommend practical solutions. Ensure HR practices align with company policies, employment laws, EEO requirements, and operational needs. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $100,000 to $105,000 per year.
