Overview Critter Control Operations specializes in wildlife management services for residential and commercial properties, providing humane wildlife removal, exclusion, and damage repair solutions nationwide. We help customers resolve wildlife and pest-related concerns in safe, effective, and environmentally responsible ways while protecting homes, businesses, and communities. This role is ideal for sales professionals who are driven by results and customer satisfaction. You’ll identify new opportunities, consult with customers to understand their needs, and deliver customized solutions that address wildlife issues while building long‑term relationships. Responsibilities Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommend the right solution. Capitalize on company‑provided leads while consistently building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets. Aggressively grow new business in your territory by self‑generating opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Build and leverage relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring and referral‑based sales. Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience. Day in the Life Spend most of your day in your territory responding to and prospecting new leads. Conduct interior and exterior property inspections (roofs, attics, crawlspaces, confined spaces). Create, present, and close detailed proposals for wildlife removal and prevention services using existing proposal templates. Build on existing leads by self‑generating new opportunities. Follow up relentlessly to close deals, collect payments, and re‑engage past prospects and customers. Frequent walking, standing, and moving through diverse types of terrain, including uneven ground, stairs, roofs, and sometimes slippery or muddy areas. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, snow, etc.). Must have the ability to climb stairs and ladders safely.
