Role Summary

The Senior Client Executive is responsible for driving the growth of our Professional Services business through new client acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and development of opportunities with strategic partners. This is a consultative sales role focused on helping enterprise organizations solve business and technology challenges through advisory and professional services.

The ideal candidate combines a proven track record in enterprise technology sales with strong technical acumen, executive presence, and the ability to build long-term trusted relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

Business Development

• Develop and execute territory and account growth strategies.
• Acquirenew enterprise clients and expand existing customer relationships.
• Build andmaintaina qualified sales pipeline to achieve revenueobjectives.
• Lead opportunities from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Develop executive relationships with IT and business leaders.

Strategic Partnerships

• Collaborate with strategic technology partners toidentifyand develop consulting opportunities.
• Participate in joint account planning and customer pursuits.
• Build trusted relationships with partner sales teams.
• Represent the organization as a value-added consulting partner.

Consultative Selling

• Lead customer discovery meetings andidentifybusiness challenges.
• Position consulting services aligned to customer goals and outcomes.
• Coordinate with technical architects and delivery teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Support proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and RFP responses.
• Apply value-based selling principles, including ROI and business case development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Proven success selling professional services or consulting engagements.
• Established network of enterprise relationships in Minnesota and the Midwest.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Technical Knowledge

Candidates should possess sufficient technical knowledge to independently lead discovery conversations and establish credibility with enterprise technology leaders.

Experience or familiarity with:

• Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• DevOps and Platform Engineering
• Kubernetes and Container Technologies
• CI/CD Pipelines and Automation

• Enterprise Integration

Work location:

• Hybrid at Keyva Corporate Office, Hamel, Minnesota

Compensation Range:

• Base salary range: $130,000 to $140,000 + commissions
