Pay

Requirements

• Infection Control License
• Licensed dental hygienist
• X-ray / Radiography Certification

Active State of Oregon license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Proven proficiency in capturing and interpreting dental X-rays.
Demonstrated competency in patient assessment and medical history review.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative clinical setting.
Deep understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control standards.

Job Description

Preventative Care: Perform comprehensive cleanings, including scaling and polishing, to manage plaque and tartar.
Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough oral examinations, review medical histories, monitor vital signs, and perform cavity detection screenings.
Clinical Imaging: Utilize digital radiography and medical imaging technology to support accurate diagnoses.
Patient Education: Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans and oral hygiene instructions to empower patients.
Documentation & Compliance: Manage accurate patient records within EMR systems (Eaglesoft/Dentrix) while adhering to strict HIPAA regulations and medical coding standards.
Clinical Support: Assist with chairside procedures and apply topical agents as needed for patient care.
Safety Protocols: Maintain a sterile environment by following rigorous infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
