• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 100% On-site Monday–Thursday

Position Overview

We are seeking a Project & Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise Learning Experience Platform (LXP) implementation. This role will help coordinate project activities, document business requirements, support testing efforts, and work closely with stakeholders throughout the implementation process.

The project is focused on consolidating multiple employee learning systems into a single enterprise learning platform, creating a streamlined experience for employees.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in project coordination, business analysis, testing, or IT project support who enjoys working on large enterprise technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project coordination and day-to-day project activities.
• Assist with business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing activities.
• Communicate with project stakeholders and provide status updates.
• Support multiple project workstreams simultaneously.
• Assist with issue tracking and resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Support project planning, sprint activities, and project deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
• • Project Coordination
  • Business Analysis
  • Project Support
  • IT Project Support
  • Software Testing / UAT
• Experience documenting business requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work within a larger project team.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise IT projects.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with:
• • Microsoft Planner
  • Microsoft Project
  • Microsoft Teams
  • JIRA or similar project management software
• Experience gathering requirements and participating in sprint planning or demonstrations.
• Experience with learning systems or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) is a plus.
• HR systems experience is helpful but not required .

Project Environment

This role supports the implementation of an enterprise Learning Experience Platform (LXP) that will integrate multiple learning systems into one centralized platform for employees.

The project utilizes a combination of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who has experience supporting technical projects and enjoys working across business and IT teams. The ideal candidate has experience with project coordination, business analysis, testing, documentation, and enterprise software implementations.

Technical project systems experience is highly preferred. HR experience is not required.
