Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Caregiver to join our team of caregivers at Always Best Care Midlands. As a Home Health Caregiver, you will provide non-medical in-home care to our clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and personal care, as well as providing companionship and emotional support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical in-home care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities and personal care

• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients, families, and caregivers

• Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and effective care

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a safe and healthy living environment

• Assist with meal preparation and management, as needed

• Monitor and report any changes in client condition or situation to the office

• Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Job Type: Both full-time and part-time opportunities available

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience: Previous experience in caregiving, home health care, or a related field preferred

• Certifications: Certified in CPR and First Aid, or willing to obtain

• Other: Reliable transportation and a clean driving record required
