Farris Ford is searching for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to help lead one of the fastest-growing Ford dealerships in East Tennessee.

This is more than a desk manager position.

We're looking for someone who enjoys coaching people, building a winning culture, developing future leaders, and helping customers have an outstanding buying experience.

Your Responsibilities

As Sales Manager, you'll help lead every aspect of the sales operation by:

• Coaching and developing the sales team
• Driving appointment conversion and showroom performance
• Desking and structuring deals
• Managing daily sales activities
• Helping recruit and develop future leaders
• Creating accountability and process consistency
• Partnering with Finance and Executive Leadership
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has:

• Automotive sales management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Ford dealership experience preferred (but not required)
• Excellent desking and closing abilities
• Experience coaching high-performing sales teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High integrity and accountability
