Job Description

Position Description :
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for aggressively driving and executing the sales strategy in the assigned region, with full responsibility for delivering ambitious growth targets in sales, and market share for our Printing Solutions product portfolio. This role is expected to consistently outperform budgeted results, proactively identify new business opportunities, and ensure the segment’s financial and strategic objectives are met or exceeded.

This role will support the Mid-West/North East Sales Region .

Functions:

• Define, implement, and relentlessly pursue a high-impact sales plan for markets, products, and industries within the region.
• Set and achieve challenging margin and growth targets, driving commercial excellence and market penetration.
• Lead by example in customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, building robust relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to anticipate risks and seize opportunities.
• Develop and execute forward-thinking tactical and strategic plans aligned with segment growth objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends, disruptive technologies, and new product opportunities.
• Present actionable business strategies and results to executive leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality, technical compliance, and customer care.
• Represent the segment externally, strengthening relationships with customers, authorities, and industry partners.
• Actively record customer interactions through internal CRM system
• Active relationship management with end users and distributors
• Organization / support for Tech Days, trade fairs and marketing events
• Printing plant visits with or without distributor sales reps
• Maintain existing Printing Blanket Sales

• Make product recommendations, presentations and explain technical comparisons and advantages of our products vs. competitors.
• Respond to technical inquiries and issues from end users, and distributors.
• Assist technically with new product introductions and trials

Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of sales experience in Industrial Applications or 4+ years in lieu of degree
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% or more as required
• Proven project management expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce CRM platform
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of Sheetfed, Web, Flexo, and Energy Curable printing technologies
• Demonstrated sales acumen and customer-centric approach to business development
• Self-motivated professional with strong organizational capabilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Bachelor's degree 5+ years of demonstrated professional experience in the printing industry 10+ years without degree
