What you'll do as: Manual Machinist

• Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, drill presses, saws, and related equipment
• Machine parts from engineering drawings and specifications
• Perform turning, milling, drilling, tapping, boring, and reaming operations
• Use micrometers, calipers, indicators, and other precision measuring tools
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet required dimensions and tolerances

Skills and Experience

Preferred Candidate Might:

• Previous experience as a Manual Machinist or equivalent machining experience
• Ability to independently set up and operate manual mills and lathes
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Strong understanding of machining fundamentals, tolerances, and measurements
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
