Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager with strong experience in commercial ground-up and/or remodel projects

The Construction PM will be responsible for managing multiple active projects at any given time , typically ranging up to $5M in value , with aggressive timelines of 110–180 days per project . Projects are often fast-track and require decisive leadership, strong organization, and the ability to adapt quickly. This role requires full ownership of the construction project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout - including estimating, planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and execution.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience
Proven experience delivering Commercial Construction Projects
Background in ground-up and/or remodel work , preferably in restaurant, retail, or quick-serve environments
Proficiency using Excel, Microsoft Office, MS Project, or similar construction software
Willingness to travel to job sites as needed (primarily Texas, with some regional travel)
Ability to work nights or off-hours when project demands require
Knowledge of building codes and Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS)
